The Role
As a Product Manager at Foundation Health, you will engage with our entire product ecosystem, encompassing patient-facing applications, clinician workflows, AI-driven automation, and complex system integrations. This role is not for those who prefer to focus on a single feature; instead, you will be actively involved with Engineering and Design teams while navigating the uncertainties of product development. You will conduct user discovery sessions and translate high-level visions into practical, scalable solutions that enhance healthcare delivery.
This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in our Manchester office.
What You’ll Do
Develop AI-driven and automation-focused capabilities to enhance efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
Lead the product ideation and execution process across multiple interconnected systems and workflows.
Convert complex clinical, operational, and technical requirements into clear product specifications.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in product delivery.
