As a Project Developer, you will contribute (both literally and figuratively) to the creation of innovative and sustainable real estate projects within our Business Unit in Flanders.
You will be responsible for all aspects of project development: analyzing, planning, coordinating with project team members (both internal and external), and managing the project budget. Additionally, your commercial skills will be essential for maintaining and expanding your network.
To ensure the successful realization of a project, you will collaborate closely with our specialized internal departments: you can rely on a team skilled in Business Development, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Technical, and Sales.

You hold a Master's degree in business or engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in the real estate sector.
