Your Role
As a Research Scientist at Simular, you will:
- Lead groundbreaking research initiatives in planning, reinforcement learning, multimodal reasoning, grounding, and AI alignment, focusing on critical areas such as reward modeling and AI safety.
- Design and implement comprehensive experiments encompassing data collection, benchmarking, model training, and evaluation processes.
- Develop innovative methodologies that enhance AI agent capabilities and reliability, collaborating with top-tier scientists and engineers to achieve significant academic and product outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate research prototypes into practical applications.
- Contribute to the AI research community by publishing and presenting findings at prestigious conferences.
- Engage in hands-on scientific advancement through method design, dataset creation, experimental execution, and benchmarking against state-of-the-art standards.
