Your Responsibilities
Develop clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that meets high standards.
Design, implement, and manage complex features while taking ownership of significant portions of our products and systems.
Work closely with product managers and fellow engineers to thoroughly understand customer needs and devise innovative solutions.
Contribute to the architecture and design of our systems, emphasizing scalability and reliability.
Help shape our engineering culture, fostering an environment that makes candidhealth the ideal workplace.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role.
Familiarity with our tech stack is advantageous but not mandatory: Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, React, Typescript, Google Cloud Platform, Auth0, Terraform.
A commitment to quality software development, balanced with an understanding of prioritizing tasks based on outcomes.
Comfortable taking complete ownership of features and adaptable to learning new tools across the technology stack.
A customer-centric mindset and a passion for mentorship.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts both verbally and in writing.
