Your Role
We are in search of a driven Inside Sales Manager to engage and convert leads from global companies based in the EMEA region. In this pivotal role, you will qualify demo requests, interact with trial users, and guide potential customers through a consultative sales process. You will also manage complete sales cycles for existing think-cell customers that currently lack an Account Manager. Your keen ability to understand use cases, customize messaging, and close deals effectively will be instrumental in driving our growth.

This position is perfect for a (junior) sales professional eager to take ownership of a business portfolio, close deals independently, and advance within a rapidly growing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and close all inbound leads from trials and demo requests, whether from prospects or existing customers.
  • Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing user engagement, license growth, and product adoption.
  • Transform unmanaged customers into fully managed accounts by showcasing product value and engaging new stakeholders.
  • Conduct full sales cycles, including qualification, discovery, value positioning, demos, and pricing negotiations.
  • Actively manage a pipeline of high-potential unmanaged accounts with agility and precision.
  • Implement follow-up strategies post-trial to boost conversion and usage growth.
