In this role, you will actively engage with walk-in customers, effectively qualifying their needs through intelligent questioning. Your insights will be crucial in forwarding the information to the relevant territory sales representatives for follow-up.
As a key driver of our sales strategy, you will initiate phone conversations not only with our existing customers but also with potential clients who have yet to experience the exceptional service of ASCO. You'll provide valuable support to our territory salesmen by generating leads, offering equipment data, and ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing more time for face-to-face interactions with customers.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the presentation, arrangement, and functionality of our sales equipment to guarantee a top-notch customer experience. You will conduct weekly inventory checks on all sales equipment and related items to maximize branch efficiency and profitability. Finally, continuous self-improvement in understanding our equipment offerings, operations, and capabilities will be a key aspect of your role.
