- Efficiently handle incoming requests from your Senior Fire Systems Sales Leader, ensuring prompt and thorough responses.
- Proactively engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to create sales opportunities.
- Assist the Senior Fire Systems Sales Leader by supplying relevant information for product demonstrations and presentations to effectively meet customer needs.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and enhance retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Leverage CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, maintain precise records, and generate invoices post-delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on open customer orders, providing lead times and updates as necessary.
- Handle incoming deficiency quotes and customer follow-ups to ensure timely resolutions.
- Support the immediate release of equipment for delivery as required.
- Manage RMA and Change Order requests, including processing and follow-ups.
- Assist in conveying project schedules when needed.
