The Inside Sales Representative is a vital role within our sales development program, designed to equip entry-level candidates with the skills necessary for a successful career in sports sales. This role involves building business relationships to drive revenue through the sale of season tickets, partial game plans, and group tickets for the Ontario Reign Hockey Team, a member of the American Hockey League. A key responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to proactively generate new revenue streams through outbound calls, quick responses to inbound inquiries, participation in team events, upselling, cross-selling, and securing referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through diverse sales strategies including cold calls, face-to-face meetings, arena tours, and networking.
- Make a high volume of new business calls daily (minimum 80) to proactively develop new client relationships.
- Deliver prompt, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and mail; manage accounts to surpass established sales targets.
- Attending all home games to provide exceptional customer service to clients and fans; assist Account Executives with inquiries from Season Ticket holders and conduct tours.
