Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Convert inquiries into sales opportunities by recommending complementary products and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare bids and quotations, and diligently follow up to close sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our ACS system.
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales to deliver outstanding account management and support for our customers.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about our products through ongoing training and development.
  • Ensure accurate and organized customer records in our database.
