bahmanncoaching is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Hannover, Niedersachsen. This full-time position sits within our Sales & Strategy Consulting team. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with prospects, qualifying potential clients, and offering strategic guidance tailored to individual goals.

What You Will Do

  • Engage potential clients through inbound telemarketing
  • Lead free initial consultations to understand client needs
  • Contact existing leads in our system
  • Plan and prepare meetings for our strategic consultants

Who Can Apply

No previous sales experience is required. Career changers are welcome. Comprehensive training is provided to help new team members succeed, regardless of their background.

Compensation

Salary: €3000 gross per month.
