In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our laboratory operations by expertly maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing a variety of sophisticated instrumentation spanning departments such as chemistry and photobioreactor production. Collaborating closely with scientists and production personnel, you will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and adherence to laboratory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and calibration of a diverse range of laboratory instruments, including balances, microscopes, freeze dryers, pH meters, rotary evaporators, and more.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on bioprocess equipment, such as pumps and electronic controls.
  • Manage general laboratory upkeep and ensure timely follow-up on calibration activities.
  • Oversee laboratory equipment data management within IT systems.
  • Contribute to the implementation of innovative projects within the lab.
  • Assist with health and safety protocols, hazardous materials management, and logistics related to shipping and receiving.
