Qualifications
Minimum QualificationsEducation:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience:1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, production, or inventory-related role, ideally within electronics or cable assembly manufacturing. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage. Knowledge:Understanding of bills of materials (BOMs), part numbers, and kit requirements. Basic knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing processes. Skills:Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at reading and interpreting work orders and production documentation. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Effective communication skills with management, engineering, and quality assurance regarding production and quality status. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory systems. Physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds and to stand for extended periods. Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
