Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification preferred.
IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification is a plus.
Experience:
0-1 years of experience in wire harness assembly preferred.
0-1 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge:
Experience with cable and wire harness fabrication is highly desirable.
Ability to interpret assembly drawings and follow both verbal and written work instructions to produce high-quality products.
Familiarity with IPC standards is preferred.
Proficiency in both imperial and metric systems of measurement is a plus.
Skills:
Effective communication skills with management, engineering, and quality teams regarding production and quality status.
Ability to interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, consistently meeting quality standards and maintaining a positive attitude.

Position Summary
