You will be instrumental in transforming creative concepts into engaging campaigns, compelling content, and essential brand assets. Your ability to think creatively, execute meticulously, and focus on the finer details will ensure that our outputs are thoughtfully designed, cohesive, and aesthetically pleasing.
Your Responsibilities:
Digital Design (30%)
- Create designs tailored for digital-first platforms such as web, email, paid advertisements, and social media.
- Adapt designs across various channels while upholding brand integrity.
- Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality deliverables.
Print Design and Craft Excellence (30%)
- Generate outstanding print designs focusing on layout, typography, and artwork.
- Prepare production-ready files for print vendors.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail to enhance the brand through every interaction.
Campaign Rollout Support (20%)
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Develop and modify campaign assets across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Ensure creative consistency across all campaign materials.
Collaboration and Project Management (20%)
- Engage closely with stakeholders to clarify creative objectives and deadlines.
- Handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Balance speed with quality and feedback in a collaborative atmosphere.
