Minimum of five (5) years of CRM/ATS experience, preferably in a consulting environment. A minimum of three (3) years of implementation experience. Proficiency in project management, reporting, and data modeling. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. International experience is preferred. Willingness to travel up to 20%.

As an Integration Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing client solutions that are not only technologically sound but also aligned with business processes to fulfill specific operational needs. This position requires collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring that our solutions are comprehensive and effective across various business functions.

You will oversee the technical aspects of solutions, including HRT configuration, integrations, testing, and data modeling. Your leadership will ensure that our applications are designed according to specifications, thus facilitating a seamless operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive architectural excellence by delivering solutions that meet business needs while minimizing long-term costs and maintenance challenges.
  • Provide technical and project leadership for complex enterprise implementations and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead the requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases for client invoicing solutions.
  • Analyze business and technical challenges faced by clients and create tailored solutions that integrate effectively into their environments.
  • Manage project data collection, modeling, and analysis.
  • Document and execute system and integration testing, utilizing industry-standard tracking software.
  • Design and configure integrations, including scripting in JSON/cXML formats.
  • Coordinate technology and data staging efforts.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including specifications and testing scenarios.
  • Conduct project meetings, providing insights on technology considerations and outcomes.
  • Research and analyze technology to support project business rules.
  • Deliver pre-sales technical support, including RFx responses and solution design reviews.
  • Supervise and mentor configuration and testing resources, both onshore and offshore.
