We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Manager to oversee a significant data centre project in Finland. The ideal candidate will manage the coordination and integration of various project disciplines, ensuring effective communication among design, construction, commissioning, and client teams. This role is crucial for driving project alignment, managing trade interfaces, and ensuring that key milestones are met safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of all integration requirements throughout project phases.
- Serve as the primary contact for managing and reporting on the planning, execution, and delivery of all integration scopes and milestones.
- Identify, document, and manage construction phasing deliverables across all related CSA and MEP systems.
- Prepare and present bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, execution, and handover stages.
- Develop and maintain an Integration Execution Plan to align project activities with objectives.
- Facilitate internal and client integration meetings to promote collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process.
- Collaborate with the client on snagging, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure timely completion.
- Participate in weekly design workgroups and workshops, offering integration insights and updates.
- Support installation scheduling and site onboarding activities, including H&S compliance, method statements, and necessary documentation.
- Promote Health & Safety compliance, ensuring all integration activities adhere to project and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in on-site project management within the construction sector, preferably on data centre or pharmaceutical projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP and CSA coordination, with experience in managing complex, fast-paced project environments.
- Experience in telecommunications design and installation is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery.
