Prominence Advisors is hiring an Interim Director of Analytics in Dallas, Texas. This leadership role centers on advancing data governance and reporting throughout the organization. The Interim Director will shape and implement data management strategies, define data standards, and ensure all processes support company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT and senior leadership to develop a unified reporting strategy and establish data standards that address both current and future needs.
- Unify separate reporting functions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Set enterprise data standards to keep terminology, definitions, and data sources consistent and dependable.
- Advise the Enterprise Reporting and Decision Support Group, along with other teams, on best practices for data use, management, and reporting to achieve analytics objectives.
- Supervise report writers, ensuring they have the resources and training required for precise data mining and reporting.
- Contribute to strategic planning for data warehouses, dashboards, and reporting systems in partnership with the Project Management Office.
- Lead and mentor analytics professionals, supporting their development and performance.
- Oversee project operations to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and organizational objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to create and access essential reports and information.
- Implement and monitor data governance models, conducting audits to uphold data integrity and operational efficiency.
