Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing, commercial analytics, or category management. Strong comprehension of sales drivers, profitability, and market dynamics. Preferred background in FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail, or similarly fast-paced commercial environments. Exceptional analytical skills with the capacity to translate data into clear business actions. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools). Experience working with market data and generating insights for commercial teams. Confident in stakeholder management with the ability to influence across functions and markets. Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced, and evolving international environment. Ability to work independently and proactively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Step into an interim position to enhance ongoing RGM and pricing initiatives.
  • Provide rapid, actionable insights on market performance, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze Karo's competitive standing, identifying immediate opportunities for improvement.
  • Support decision-making on pricing, promotions, product mix, and packaging architecture.
  • Develop and maintain RGM dashboards and reports using Power BI for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key markets to fortify ongoing RGM plans and execution over a 1–2 year horizon.
  • Deliver practical, data-driven recommendations in real-time to support commercial teams.
  • Identify quick wins and areas for enhancement across the portfolio and markets.
  • Work alongside cross-functional and international teams to ensure insights are actionable and relevant.
  • Contribute to ongoing analytics and data structuring efforts to ensure continuity during the interim period.
