As an Interior Sales and Design Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional in-home customer experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass designing and selling a variety of cabinetry and storage solutions, including closets, home offices, garages, and media centers. You will engage with clients, measure home spaces, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their living environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create organizational solutions for clients using our proprietary CAD software.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to achieve monthly sales objectives.
- Conduct in-home consultations to analyze customer needs and design customized storage solutions.
- Engage in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients and collaborate with the installation team to ensure successful project completion.
- Actively seek referrals and repeat business opportunities.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- This is a full-time opportunity requiring 40 hours per week.
