Role overview
This full-time, permanent Integration Developer position is available at both intermediate and senior levels. The role is open to candidates anywhere in Australia. Remote work is fully supported, and office spaces are available for those who prefer in-person collaboration. Work arrangements are flexible and set by each team.
Integration Developers at Datacom design, build, and maintain application integrations. Responsibilities include taking features from requirements through deployment, writing efficient and maintainable code, and working closely with teammates, project leads, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that fit business needs. Senior developers also mentor junior team members and help improve team processes.
What you will do
- Work across the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, programming, debugging, and modifying integration solutions
- Develop and maintain business logic for integration features, following best practices
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to uphold high standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex defects
- Mentor Associate Developers and contribute to technical documentation
- Monitor integration performance and suggest improvements as needed
Security requirements
- Applicants must be Australian citizens to meet client security clearance requirements
- Existing security clearances (Baseline, NV1, NV2) are preferred, with NV1 especially valued
