In your role as the Architectural & Interior Design Assistant, you will be tasked with:
- Assisting the architectural team in managing and monitoring residential projects.
- Collaborating on the coordination and control of finishings and variant requests (capitolato).
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Engaging with clients and consultants, focusing on empathy, problem-solving, and mediation.
- Analyzing and critically reviewing layouts, finishes, and technical proposals.
- Ensuring project vision consistency while aligning with business and design objectives.
