Your Responsibilities
As part of Enpal Energy, we are building Europe's largest Virtual Power Plant as a corporate venture, laying the foundation for an intelligent, scalable, and sustainable energy supply.
Assist the Energy Invoicing Ops Team in daily operations and scaling initiatives (e.g., rollouts, new process setups, or operational exceptions).
Ensure smooth operational processes surrounding customer invoicing.
Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders (Ops, Product/Tech, and Customer Success) as well as external partners (e.g., service providers, market partners) and maintain follow-ups on topics diligently.
Analyze data/KPIs, identify pain points, document processes, and implement improvements pragmatically using exciting tools like Airtable or Make.
