Internship Overview
This is a 6-month internship within the Solutions team, based in the Paris office. The role offers hands-on experience supporting clients and internal teams as UpClear continues to grow.
What You Will Do
- Data Analysis: Identify client needs, collect and analyze customer configuration data using tools such as SQL and business intelligence platforms. Provide recommendations for improvement based on findings.
- Innovation Deployment Support: Help develop deployment plans for new product features, taking into account existing client configurations.
- Development Support: Participate in ongoing product quality control. Test features developed by the Product team to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Customer Support Assistance: Examine customer data to spot issues, communicate scenarios to the Solutions team, and escalate to the Technical team when necessary.
As UpClear grows and as your familiarity with BluePlanner and project management increases, responsibilities may expand.
