iCapital Network’s Portfolio Management team is hiring an Internal Alternative Investment Specialist at the Analyst or Associate level. This role focuses on supporting a new set of offerings designed for accredited investors, built in partnership with leading global alternative asset managers. The position sits within a small, collaborative team and plays a central part in capital-raising efforts across independent broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, private banks, and wire-houses. The role reports to the Head of Registered Fund Solutions Sales.
What You Will Do
- Drive daily sales outreach to maintain current relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
- Work closely with field sales specialists to execute territory plans and improve overall sales results.
- Deliver high-level support by responding to inquiries and resolving account issues alongside the Investor Relations team.
- Build expertise in major alternative investment platforms and their product offerings.
- Develop a strong understanding of product features and strategies to support wholesaling and product specialists.
- Use CRM systems to track activities, analyze data, and shape engagement strategies.
- Travel as needed for industry events and meetings with clients or prospects.

This position is based in either Greenwich, Connecticut or New York, New York.
