Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a passionate Internal Communications Manager to spearhead the formulation and execution of our internal communications strategy. This essential role will define the way Saronic engages with its workforce, ensuring our team remains informed, motivated, and in sync with the company’s vision and cultural values.
You will collaborate across various departments, such as HR, EHS, Workplace Operations, and Executive Leadership, to craft and promote a top-tier internal communications framework. Additionally, you will highlight the initiatives, individuals, and narratives that contribute to Saronic being an exceptional workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications Strategy & Execution
Devise and implement a robust internal communications strategy that aligns with Saronic’s strategic goals and core values.
Create and oversee internal messaging regarding company updates, organizational changes, policies, and initiatives.
Manage and optimize internal communication channels (e.g., Slack, newsletters, town halls).
Collaborate with leadership to ensure clear and consistent messaging reaches employees.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the internal communications liaison across diverse departments within the organization.
Facilitate interdepartmental alignment to guarantee a unified approach to employee communications.
Manage internal communications during organizational transitions, crises, or sensitive situations with clarity and empathy.
Culture & Storytelling
Design and execute campaigns that celebrate our cultural values, employee accomplishments, and team successes.
Lead the development of engaging content, including employee spotlights, behind-the-scenes narratives, and workplace highlights.
