Side Inc. is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to help shape and deliver our global communication strategies from our London office. This role comes at a pivotal moment as we unite five legacy teams under a single brand following a recent rebranding. The position calls for a creative professional with at least five years of experience in internal communications, ready to act as a trusted adviser and hands-on contributor.
What You Will Do
- Offer tailored communications guidance to both global and regional teams.
- Design and implement communication processes that keep teams and leadership aligned.
- Spot and remove obstacles that get in the way of clear, effective communication.
- Take part in the annual review process, providing feedback and oversight.
- Work with teams across the company to raise the profile of internal communications and shape our overall strategy.
- Represent Side Inc. at internal and external events; some travel will be required.
- Lead projects from start to finish, drawing on strong organizational skills and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Engage directly with C-Suite and senior leaders, sharing insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate collaboration among teams with different backgrounds, locations, and technical setups.
Who We’re Looking For

Location
This position is based in London, England, United Kingdom. Occasional travel may be required.
