This role comes at a pivotal moment as we unite five legacy teams under a single brand following a recent rebranding. The position calls for a creative professional with at least five years of experience in internal communications, ready to act as a trusted adviser and hands-on contributor.

What You Will Do

Offer tailored communications guidance to both global and regional teams.
Design and implement communication processes that keep teams and leadership aligned.
Spot and remove obstacles that get in the way of clear, effective communication.
Take part in the annual review process, providing feedback and oversight.
Work with teams across the company to raise the profile of internal communications and shape our overall strategy.
Represent Side Inc. at internal and external events; some travel will be required.
Lead projects from start to finish, drawing on strong organizational skills and a forward-thinking mindset.
Engage directly with C-Suite and senior leaders, sharing insights and recommendations.
