• Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• We offer comprehensive physician-level wound management training along with a wound fellowship, equipping you with essential knowledge for clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians earn an average of $300,000 annually plus benefits for a 30-hour work week (with part-time opportunities available).
• Paid training is included.
 
Practice Overview:
 
• Full-time work schedule: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) with part-time options available.
• No weekend clinical responsibilities and no on-call duties.
• Physicians provide modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.
• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles are 4-5 days per week.
• This is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Our physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating around 20-30 patients daily.
• Clinical documentation is conducted in real-time during clinical rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Comprehensive paid training is provided during onboarding along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
