Reporting directly to the Team Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution, fostering a collaborative environment with engaged colleagues who value a positive workplace culture.Your Responsibilities:Ensure thorough preparation, planning, execution, and delivery of projects and maintenance activities by the team.Contribute to monitoring project workload, assess incoming purchase orders for accuracy, and assign them to Project Leaders.Participate in client meetings during the initiation of major projects.Oversee the transition from Business Developer to Project Leader and from Project Leader to Service Level Manager post-delivery.Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction levels.Support the development of substantial proposal processes in collaboration with the Business Developer.
