Vendor & Financial Management Manage relationships with global vendors, brokers, and insurance providers; lead RFP processes and negotiate contracts to enhance quality and cost-effectiveness. Develop and oversee benefits budgets, along with multi-year financial forecasts. Analyze and track plan performance, utilization, costs, and population health trends. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management. Education and Experience Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in global benefits management. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Certifications such as CEBS, GPHR, or CCP are advantageous.
