About the job

We are seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Inbound Tech Sales Executive in our International BPO located in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound or outbound technical support within an international BPO environment. You will be responsible for effectively managing customer interactions, resolving technical issues, and closing your own calls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and emails.
• Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through their concerns and ensuring accurate resolutions.
• Adapt to working night shifts as required.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in handling technical queries related to Mac, iPhone, and iPad is a plus.
• Freshers and domestic BPO candidates are not eligible to apply.

Compensation:
• Salary is negotiable based on experience and current CTC, with attractive incentives offered.
