Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Prior experience in a BPO or call center is preferred but not mandatory. Able to work night shifts (timings will be discussed during the interview). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow.
