This role is primarily based in Stuttgart, Berlin, or Cologne, with an international focus.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - What You Will Do:
Drive Impact: You will oversee the complete event management lifecycle, from planning and organizing to evaluating both internal team gatherings and large-scale international events.
On-site Leadership: You will be the central figure during our events, ensuring seamless operations at our German locations while embodying the Zoi spirit at international venues.
Innovative Strategy: You will have the autonomy to create inventive concepts that enhance our event offerings and resonate with our AI-first philosophy.
Vendor Relations: You will manage negotiations and procurement with external vendors, hotels, and venues, ensuring high quality within budgetary constraints.
Collaborative Efforts: You will partner closely with our Employer Branding, Account Management, and Communications teams to craft comprehensive event experiences.
YOUR PROFILE – What You Bring:
Relevant Experience: You possess a degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related discipline, along with multiple years of professional experience in event marketing, preferably with an emphasis on Employer Branding.
Organizational Skills: You are a proactive self-starter with outstanding time management capabilities and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Proactive Attitude: You take initiative in your work, going beyond just execution to take full ownership of your responsibilities.
