Qualifications
Required Skills:1. 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO.2. Proficient in resolving technical issues independently.3. Excellent communication skills in English.4. Experience in troubleshooting issues with computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad.5. Capability to handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.6. Availability to work flexible night shifts. Note: Freshers or candidates with only Domestic BPO experience will not be considered.
