Skills Required:- 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO.- Proficiency in closing calls independently.- Excellent communication skills in English.- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues with computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhones, and iPads.- Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer service orientation.- Must be willing to work in night shifts. Note: Freshers and candidates from Domestic BPO are not eligible to apply.
