We seek candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound or outbound technical support within an international BPO environment. You must possess the ability to effectively resolve customer issues and close your calls independently. Strong English communication skills are essential. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac devices, iPhones, and iPads is required. Flexibility for night shifts is a must.
