Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bac+2 level diploma in accounting and management, with a solid foundation in general accounting. An intermediate level of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are highly valued. Your motivation, attention to detail, organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and eagerness to learn will be key assets for your success in this role and your development at Sobi in France. About the job
We are excited to expand our Financial team, specifically within the Accounting department, by welcoming an enthusiastic Accounting Assistant Intern on an apprenticeship contract starting September 2026 for a duration of 12 to 24 months.
You will report directly to the Financial Manager and will be based at our headquarters in La Défense, with some tasks available for remote work.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing both customer and supplier accounting (invoice entry, payment preparation and recording, and account reconciliation);
- Recording bank transactions and performing bank reconciliations;
- Monitoring and processing expense reports;
- Supporting the team in the preparation of tax and social declarations (VAT, DEB, DAS2…);
- Participating in the monthly and annual closing processes;
- Scanning and archiving accounting documents;
- Contributing to the optimization of accounting and financial processes.
Tasks may be adjusted based on the department's needs.
