About the job

Context

The cybersecurity practice at Wavestone assists clients in implementing their Digital Identity transformation projects. Identity management is a crucial pillar in mastering cyber risks and a key element in executing a successful Zero Trust strategy.

Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) pertains to managing identities and access for users, whether they are individual customers or businesses utilizing digital and physical services (in-store or at agency locations).

At Wavestone and within its client organizations, CIAM projects aim to deeply overhaul end-user journeys to enhance user experience while ensuring a high level of data security for both the enterprise and its users.

CIAM helps better understand customers (Know Your Customer), offers a comprehensive omnichannel experience (digital and physical), and provides a 360° view of clients in a multi-brand context.

Wavestone's CIAM projects cover the entire value chain of digital transformation initiatives:
- Framing: supporting clients in defining use cases, user journeys, and requirements.
- Solution recommendations: leveraging our market knowledge to recommend the best-suited solution for client needs.
- Technical implementation & configuration: assisting in the deployment and setup of solutions, integrating new applications into the ecosystem.
- Solution renewal: defining target architectures to enhance existing setups while ensuring service continuity.
- Continuous improvements: developing features based on expressed business needs.
