CONTEXT
In the age of agility, new application production chains are emerging, characterized by significant organizational changes and the introduction of specialized tools. These new chains facilitate the collaboration between development and operations teams (the emergence of DevOps) and disrupt current production processes.
To support the establishment of these new chains, security teams must equip themselves and adapt their approach to accompany application projects, ensuring an adequate level of protection and resilience against increasingly present threats.
INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVE
The goal of this internship is to enhance Wavestone's expertise in securing agile application production chains, covering both software and organizational aspects.
WORK TO BE DONE
Under the guidance of a consultant and the management of a manager, the intern will be involved in part or all of the following tasks:
- Identification and analysis of the primary tools used in application production chains (Jenkins, Docker, Puppet, Ansible, XL Deploy, etc.) and the associated risks.
- Identification and analysis of security tools that can be integrated into these production chains (Checkmarx, Fortify, etc.) to address identified risks.
- Representation of a state-of-the-art application production chain in terms of agility and security, covering both software and operational aspects.
- Creation of a mockup of this application production chain.
