Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in a program (2nd, 3rd, 4th, or final year) at an engineering school with a textile specialization, a business school, a fashion school, or an equivalent university program:You possess a fluent level of English. Proficiency in Italian would be a plus. You are skilled in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable working with numerical data. You have a natural affinity for the luxury and fashion industry. This is a 6-month internship, recognized and conventioned by an accredited institution, starting on SEPTEMBER 7, 2026.

About the job

Assisting with collection and capsule progress (updating boards)
Helping in the distribution of components for prototypes and SMS, confirming receipt
Entering technical information into the tracking sheet (price, weight, composition, color codes, etc.)
Referencing in the system (PLM)
Creating the Master Production document
Checking warehouse stocks and material library
Operational management (courier orders, DHL shipments, organizing the material library)
Data archiving management (scanning, referencing, organizing)
Daily tracking of component deliveries and recording key information upon receipt of orders (delivery date, references, etc.)

In this role, you will develop valuable relationships with various internal contacts (creative studio, production, product managers...) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers...).
