Your Responsibilities
As an Enabler within the Quality Improvement team, you will support Doctolib's growth by ensuring effective process oversight and addressing practitioner satisfaction and training needs.
You will actively contribute to service quality and the continuous enhancement of the customer experience within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring comprehensive reporting in the CRM, managing the distribution and qualification of training requests, and facilitating smooth communication across various teams.
- Participating in the development and implementation of new processes to enhance team KPIs and contribute to the structuring of Customer Care teams and external partners.
- Working closely with project managers and team leaders on side projects and joint initiatives.
- Preparing and delivering internal presentations to various stakeholders.
- Creating and improving KPI dashboards to streamline activity management.
By the end of this internship, you will have:
- Mastered customer satisfaction issues.
