Join our Client Marketing & Communication Department as our next Communication and Advertising Officer.
Working closely with Guillaume, our Communication Project Manager, you will serve as the operational liaison among various departments related to our media communication activities (both online and offline), as well as with different agencies. As a true orchestrator, you will be involved in managing the production of 360° media and organic campaigns and analyzing their outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of brand and commercial media campaigns.
- Supporting the communication plan execution across media platforms (TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital, social media) and our owned media (POS materials, website, app, etc.).
- Monitoring and coordinating the relationship with the advertising agency (briefing, operational campaign tracking, benchmarking, etc.).
- Participating in workshops and internal meetings.
- Assisting project managers with cross-functional tasks.
- Contributing to the analysis of KPIs and campaign outcomes, as well as conducting competitive analyses (benchmarking).
- Helping draft internal communication plans for our retail locations.
- Defining and updating project schedules.
