Role Overview: Channel Activation Internship

This internship is based in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The Channel Activation team focuses on activating, integrating, and ensuring the smooth operation of channels contracted by clients, such as WhatsApp and AskFlow. The goal: deliver a seamless, efficient experience for every activation.

The role involves managing technical projects, connecting systems, and supporting both clients and partners. Analytical thinking, clear communication, and strong organizational skills are important. Attention to detail ensures integrations are accurate and completed on time.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate handoff between Implementation Success and Channel Activation teams to ensure correct initiation of channel activations
  • Lead technical activation of channels like WhatsApp and AskFlow, handling configuration and verifying functionality
  • Oversee the activation process with external partners (including Meta and BSPs), tracking deadlines and progress
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to channel activation and ongoing operation
  • Guide clients on technical requirements, next steps, and best practices throughout the activation process
  • Work closely with teams such as Implementation Success, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to create a smooth client experience
