Qualifications
Your ResponsibilitiesUtilize tools such as Snowflake, Airtable, and Power BI to reconstruct and enhance financial reporting for Enpal Pro—from data structure to dashboard. Develop data-driven forecasting models and continuously improve our financial planning processes. Integrate financial data with operational information (e.g., inventory and stock data) to enable holistic reporting and forecasting. Automate pricing logic based on market, competitive, and supplier data. Create systems for evaluating and prioritizing customers and leads to increase the efficiency of our sales team. Your ProfileYou are studying business, business informatics, data science, or a related field. Ideally, you have some practical experience in FP&A, finance, business intelligence, or analytics (e.g., through internships). You are skilled with data and have experience using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools. You possess strong analytical skills and can clearly present complex relationships. You work independently, take responsibility, and are eager to build rather than just analyze. You are fluent in both German and English.
