The Inside Sales Team at Doctolib serves as the first point of contact for practices and doctors interested in our AI products. Our current bundle, which includes an AI phone assistant and appointment assistant, offers innovative solutions that significantly ease the daily operations of medical practices. We qualify incoming inquiries, advise potential clients, and ensure they experience the value of our AI innovations from the very beginning. Our commitment helps drive the digital transformation in healthcare and allows practice teams to focus more on what matters most: providing care for their patients.
Your Responsibilities
As an intern, you will assist us in the following areas:
- Qualifying incoming inbound leads for our AI product portfolio and preparing them for the sales team.
- Engaging directly with practice teams, coordinating and scheduling appointments while learning to communicate professionally with clients.
- Ensuring impeccable data management in our CRM system, Salesforce.
- Acting as a critical interface with our onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Supporting process optimization in Inside Sales and assisting the team with additional tasks and projects.
