Our dedicated local operations team ensures every stay is seamless, and we are currently seeking a passionate Inventory Operations Specialist for our Seattle market.

Schedule & Role Expectations

  • Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • This is an on-site position that requires hands-on involvement
  • Includes physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), van management, and after-hours operational support
  • Independent decision-making and ownership are essential

This position may not be suitable for those looking for:

  • Remote or hybrid work arrangements
  • A standard 9–5 schedule
  • A primarily desk-centric role

About the Role

As the Inventory Operations Specialist, you will hold primary responsibility for ensuring operational readiness in the Seattle market during your shift.

This role encompasses inventory management, fleet oversight, storage optimization, and urgent operational responses. You will ensure that our vans, keys, storage facilities, and supplies are organized and stocked to support daily apartment turnovers and guest needs effectively.

Note: This is an operational ownership position requiring autonomy, organization, and reliability, distinct from traditional warehouse roles.

Your Responsibilities:

Inventory & Storage Operations

  • Pick and stage daily operational orders
  • Unbox, stock, and restock supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and update Kanban systems
  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory flow
  • Assemble operational kits as required

Fleet Operations & Readiness

  • Manage designated parking spots for company vans
  • Conduct daily van inspections, restocking, and cleaning
  • Perform turnover inspections (photos, ratings, compliance submissions)
  • Complete weekly van audits and spot-check inventory
  • Record and report damages, maintaining accurate fleet status

Key & Access Management

  • Maintain key cabinets and track key movement
  • Coordinate key copying
  • Ship keys for courier requests
  • Provide lockout support when necessary

Operational Support

  • Assist with laundry processing as needed
  • Respond to urgent after-hours operational needs
  • Ensure that the Seattle market is fully prepared for operations
