We are seeking our first dedicated Engineering Manager to spearhead our teams as we pursue an ambitious product roadmap. Our commitment is to deliver the finest creative software experience to our global community. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise alongside strong progressive people management skills. You will lead a small team of engineers to develop and launch critical features, tackle complex technical challenges, define project parameters, enhance development efficiency, and foster the growth of our internal engineering talent.
Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence both our codebase and the management of our teams. Your background will enable you to contribute as an individual contributor while also guiding and mentoring junior engineers as an engineering stakeholder.
This position is part of our product development team, reporting directly to Michael Shaw, our CTO. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team, executives, and other departments to ensure alignment between engineering and essential business functions.
Your contributions will add vital structure and predictability to our development processes, allowing executive team members to focus on their responsibilities while you handle the people management aspects.
