As an IT Account Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, combining relationship management with proactive acquisition. You will effortlessly engage with management and executive levels, adeptly translating client needs into innovative IT solutions.

Your time will be split evenly between nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Specifically, you will:

Support existing clients in their growth and strategically develop their IT landscape.
Act as a strategic partner for key accounts.
Create and monitor IT roadmaps for your most important clients.
Expand UNO's network and build sustainable relationships.
Identify opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions.
Engage in discussions at the C-level and involve stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with your commercial colleagues and technical teams to deliver impactful results for our clients.
