Qualifications
Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is preferred, although equivalent work experience will be considered. At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in IT Operations and/or project roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; shortlisted applicants will be required to submit a brief video introduction in English. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and collaborative workflows. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible. Proficient in both Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365) and Linux environments. Experience with virtualization and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. A self-motivated continuous learner who keeps abreast of the latest technology trends and independently pursues professional development. Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
