We are on the lookout for a tech-savvy and adept problem solver to join our IT Help Desk team.
In this position, you will serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, alongside managing mobile devices and office hardware. Whether addressing intricate software issues or configuring new workstations, your objective will be to deliver efficient on-site and remote support while prioritizing exceptional customer service.
