Job Summary:
As the IT Infrastructure Manager at Creative Chaos, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure to foster a secure, efficient, and scalable digital environment. Your leadership will guide a team of IT professionals, ensure the execution of infrastructure projects, and support our strategic IT initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the IT infrastructure team to ensure the reliability and performance of all IT systems.
- Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.

- Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure-related products and services.
- Guarantee effective disaster recovery and data backup procedures for all systems.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure infrastructure capabilities align with business requirements.
- Oversee infrastructure budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.
